Welcome to Five A Tours. By booking or participating in any tour, service, or activity offered by Five A Tours, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Five A Tours.

1.2 Full  payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected tour package.

1.3 Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

1.4 Reservations are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation notice has been issued.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations made by customers must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.

2.2 Refund eligibility is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund
  • Cancellations made within 3–7 days before the tour date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour date: No refund

2.3 Five A Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participants, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers may receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule the tour.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting location on time. Late arrivals may result in missed tours without refund.

3.2 Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides or staff members.

3.3 Respectful behavior toward guides, staff, other guests, and local communities is required at all times.

3.4 Five A Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Customers participate in tours at their own risk.

4.2 Customers should inform Five A Tours in advance of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special requirements that may affect participation.

4.3 Five A Tours is not liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, losses, or damages occurring during the tour except where required by law.

5.1 Five A Tours acts solely as a tour operator and is not responsible for delays, interruptions, accidents, theft, loss of personal belongings, weather disruptions, or events beyond our control.

6. Changes to Itineraries

8. Personal Belongings
